Elouera Villa was named after the Aboriginal word "Elouera" meaning "Beautiful Place by the sea". And that it is.
Architecturally inspired, this brand new boutique residence is located in a quiet street one block from the beautifully patrolled Nobby Beach.
You will immediately experience a relaxed ambience as soon as you walk into the expansive living area. The modern minimalist design with clean lines, polished porcelain tiles and imported granite benchtops is enhanced by the beautiful views from the expansive front balcony. Your senses will be stimulated by the cool ocean breezes and a multitude of views north to Broadbeach skyline, south to the local reserve with playground, and west to the picturesque hinterland
