A great waterfront, positioned on a peaceful canal with ocean access in Mermaid Waters - Close to Australia's best beaches, children's theme parks & Broadbeach alfresco restaurants. Ideal for large family/s or for groups of up to 12 people. What more could you ask for....
Imagine fishing from your own private pontoon for flathead, whiting and bream. Dropping the crab pots in for some local Gold Coast 'muddies'. We have mountain bikes, a kayak and home gym not to mention the solar-heated pool and outdoor heated spa to ensure you enjoy your Gold Coast holiday.
5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 3 separate living areas. Fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen/dining/living with 42"plasma & DVD player plus separate kids area with T.V and Playstation. Living areas overlook the water.
All bedrooms have built in robes. Main bedroom has split system air-conditioning, flat screen T.V with ensuite and overlooks the water.
Great outdoor entertaining area, including pool, heated spa and BBQ area all overlooking the water. What a great way to spend your holiday in paradise.

The house was more than we expected. Plenty of space for 2 families. The pool was great. The kids loved fishing from the pontoon. We'll let everyone know about 'Aqua Casa'! - The Steele Family.
