Self-contained apartment

Telopea court is situated in the centre of Merimbula,opposite the bowling club,two doors from the cinemas and a short stroll to the shops,eateries and galleries of this beautiful coastal town.The complex has 4 two bedroom units suitable for families;2 cosy but spacious one bedroom units ideal for couples,and a large four bedroom unit suitable for two families or larger groups. A heated salt water pool is surrounded by a lovely garden area and a bbq area is situated close by.A guest laundry is available and plenty of off streetparking and storage areas for golf clubs.canoes etc is available.All units have recenly been updated with large screen tv's,(free dvd's available from reception)and wireless broadband is available.

Locality

Merimbula is the jewell of the Saphire coast with stunning beaches lakes and estaries.Telopea is a short walk to Spencer Park with fabulous views out across the lake to the ocean.Nearby is BarBeach,great for swimming and snorkeling,and there are a number of surf beaches to choose from.Merimbula has 3 great golf courses teeming with wildlife,adventure parks for kids,and rugged isolated beaches great for fishing.
