Ocean views from upstairs living areas and rear balcony, 200m stroll to dog friendly beach. Approx. 1k to Tura Beach Country Club,Local shops, 300m to Golf Course,1.5k to Magic Mountain and approx 3k from Merimbula. Dogs are allowed inside (not on bed) but the costs of any damage caused or additional cleaning required will be deducted from bond.
The property has a large double garage with internal access to the house. It is two storey with living areas upstairs and bedrooms/bathroom/laundry downstairs.
There is a washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, plenty of crockery and cutlery including the all important bottle opener. There is a TV and DVD/Video player, and stereo/radio/CD player. There is also a large gas BBQ on the balcony which can also cook roasts.
BYO Linen, towels, tea towels, washing powder, toilet paper etc. If preferred, linen and many more items are available for hire locally, which could make your holiday in Merimbula more enjoyable. Further details can be provided when making your booking.
LocalityThe beach is within easy walking distance with no roads to cross. The beach is not safe for swimming but the fishing is great with salmon, taylor and brim to be caught off the beach. Dolphins can be seen regularly and whales in whale season. Merimbula-only approx 3k- has a variety of restaurants and cafes, a cinema, a bowling alley, major supermarket as well as boutique shops and a video/DVD store. The golf/bowls club have great meals and at the time of listing provide free courtesy buses which will pick you up and drop you off at the door step. Just ring to make arrangements. Whale/dolphin trips are available at the Merimbula wharf. For the golfer there are several great courses within a 30min drive. Tura Beach golf club is only approx 1k, Pambula/Merimbula is only approx 4k drive and Eden and Bega courses are approx. 30 mins drive. Tura beach has its own local shops which feature an IGA supermarket, butcher, hairdresser, newsagent/postal agent, liquor store, bakery, take-away, chemist and gym. PropertyThe unit is 2 storeys with great ocean views from the upstairs living/kitchen areas. There is a gas BBQ on the deck which can be used to cook the usual steak/sausages, or a great roast with the hood down. There is a toilet and powder room upstairs and a very large two way bathroom downstairs. The sea can be heard from the unit. Rainbow lorrakeets frequent the area, as well as black cockatoos and a wide variety of bird life. There is a fully enclosed back yard with large kennel and pooper scooper. Dog bowls are also provided. There are heaters and electric fans for cooling if needed.
