This property sleeps four people with a queen size bed in the master bedrom and a fold out sofa bed in the study. The bathroom is a semi-ensuite to the master bedroom with laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). The full open plan kitchen features all modern appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and wide marble benchtops. The large open plan living and dining area seat up to six people and the lounge features a 40 inch LCD TV, DVD and CD player.
The complex makes this apartment complete with full fym, spa and swimming pool which are located on the same level as the apartment. There is also a lift with secure floor access and a secure parking base in the basement
