Enjoy city living at its best. This gorgeous studio apartment has a swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, full city views, fully equipped kitchen, deep bath, wide screen TV and much much more.

Make the most of everything the Melbourne CBD has to offer by taking a stroll to one of the many cafes or make a reservation at one of Melbourne's award-winning restaurants. You may decide to take in a theatre show or sing along with the opera. Melbourne offers the best in retail shopping. For footy fans, the suite is located just a few minutes walk to Etihad Stadium. It is also a short stroll to Crown Casino, Southbank and the Melbourne Aquarium.

This suite is suitable for corporate getaways or couples wanting a romantic escape in the heart of Australia's most liveable city, Melbourne.

Locality & Hours

City Point Suite is centrally located in the Melbourne CBD. It is very close to Etihad Stadium and Southern Cross Train Station. Crown Casino, Southbank and the Melbourne Aquarium are a few minutes walk from the apartment. There is a tram stop right outside the door.

Check-in is available between the hours of 6am and 10pm. Arrival outside of these hours is not available.

Sleeping Configuration

City Point is an elegant self-contained studio apartment which combines living room, bedroom and kitchen into a single unit with a seperate bathroom. The property has a beautiful foyer and gardens. Security entrance ensures only residents are allowed to enter the building.

The Suite will sleep 4 adultsby offering a queen-sized bed and double sized convertible couch, however recommended occupancy is 2 adults.
