Cottage, Holiday house

Beautifully situated with valley or escarpment views from all rooms, the house has a large lounge flowing into open plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen. These living areas are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning. There are 4 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry with second shower all furnished and fitted to a high standard.

There is a slow combustion log burner with firewood provided and reverse cycle heating in the living areas for winter with additional electric heating in the bedrooms.

The house sits on 42 acres of native bush which is very varied and fun to explore along with the 300m stretch of creek which runs along the boundary.

See Rosellas, Cockatoos and King Parrots feed outside the lounge windows and wake up to Wallabies eating the grass outside your bedroom. Sunsets on the escarpment rocks as you sip a cool drink are deep red and magnificent and at night, wombats roam the property below a huge night sky which is something magical to see.

Locality

The Megalong Valley is uncommercialised and tranquil offering great walking including the 6 foot track which runs through Zoellas. Horseriding is a major attraction with all levels accommodated. Blackheath is only 20 minutes attractive drive away so it is very accessible for other Blue Mountains destinations.
