A simple but spacious cottage furnished in contemporary style provides high quality accommodation conveniently located for easy access to the many excellent wineries and restaurants of the McLaren Vale region. It offers a comprehensive range of facilities including hair dryer, Scrabble and a private garden with exceptional views.

The accommodation has a double bedroom and a single, each with direct access to the bathroom. Provisions for a generous full breakfast are supplied daily.
Lot 7 Cottage is recently established although the owners in a previous life were the proud proprietors of Lawley Farm in the Barossa for 13 years.
Locality
The cottage is very well located for appreciating the much-praised earthly pleasures of the wine region of McLaren Vale. Though secluded, close to nature and tranquil it is within ten minutes drive of a host of wineries with cellar door tastings and so many good restaurants and cafes that one could eat well twice a day without repeating a venue. But in McLaren Vale repeat visits are hard to resist. Visited by several kangaroos and the odd koala.
Property
The spacious cottage, furnished in contemporay style, is enclosed in its own garden and set in a hillside vineyard property. The interior, which is light and welcoming, provides beautiful views across McLaren Vale from the bedroom and living room. A verandah looking out over the Vale is a great place for an al fresco breakfast or an evening drink and a barbecue in the garden is a great spot for a private meal or entertaing a few friends.
