Quiet beachside town located on the holiday peninsula for Melbourne. Very close to wineries, golf courses, restaurants, many scenic attractions, good shopping with much to see and do.
The McCrae property is situated on 900 square metres with plenty of room in both the front, back and side garden. The double garage situated at the back of the property can comfortably fit a car, boat, jet ski or other such 'toys' and can be locked.

The property itself is tastefully decorated with a 'beach' theme throughout the house. It is clean, comfortable and offers, families, couples or small groups the opportunity to relax in a quiet environment.

The brick exterior allows the rooms to be heated effectively with the wood fire in winter and keeps the house cool in summer.

The house is fully stocked with all Kitchen appliances and many extras. The TV / DVD unit is easy to operate and the pull out sofa as an extra bonus for unexpected guests.

The laundry has a very reliable easy to operate washing machine with soap powder, pegs and basket supplied.

All bedrooms have adequate bed cover. Pillows are also supplied. Linen can be supplied on request.

The bathroom has a separate shower and bath facility with great water pressure. There is also very good storage space in all bedrooms and linen cupboards.

Overall the house is very well maintained, inside and out, and offers residents the opportunity to have a 'hassle free' vacation.
