The Avenue Town house is situated only 500mtrs to the beach. The little unit has all the comforts of home in a bite size package. Only a short stroll to great little cafes, restaurants and shops or jump in the car and explore the Mornington Peninsula - home to some of the best golf courses and wineries in the world!
