OR in the other direction walk to the bustling Rosebud precinct where the pub, famous Rosebud carnival, restaurants, cinema, & markets are.

BEDDING: The 3 spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes contains 1 x QS master bed in bedroom 1, in bedroom 2 another QS master bed, 3rd bedroom has a set of white bunks and a single bed, in the living room is a 3 seater loungesofa bed & in the games room is another 3 seater loungesofa bed. Mattress protectors are fitted on all beds for extra hygiene.
HOUSE FEATURES: Polished floor boards throughout, 2 showers, 2 separate vanities, separate toilet, light filled kitchen with oven, microwave, brand new bowls, plates, cutlery etc. Dining table & chairs for 6 inside & 2 for outside Kitchen.The spacious lounge is bright and sunny and has a new comfy lounge's, 40" flat screen TV, DVD and surround sound.
BACKYARD is HUGE and great for having BBQ's night or day and watching over the kids or pets in a secure and private back yard. Choose between the shaded areas under the pine trees or in the sun.
GAMES ROOM is behind main house. Great for that extra space for the kids to play table tennis or relax on their own away from the adults.

Situated only 200 metres walk from family friendly beaches, with the surf beaches and dolphins swimming are only a short drive away. The local hotel, wine bars and summer carnival are also in easy walking distance for evening entertainment.
Whilst wineries, golf courses, peninsula hot springs, the famous Red Hill market and the many other local attractions are a short drive away.
