If you are seeking a first class getaway in a brand new tastefully furnished elevated property in a peaceful location enjoying sea views and central location that is within walking distance to beach, local café and short drive to the surrounding wineries of Mclaren vale, attractions and the city then this is your ideal beach haven.

3 double bedrooms (main with spa bath ensuite), 2 bathroom townhome (with 3rd toilet) is the perfect luxury holiday escape for couples, families and groups sleeping 8-10 comfortably in style. Privacy and versatility are assured through separate upstairs and downstairs living areas allowing children to play while parents entertain or relax.

Features include polished timber floors, spa bath, formal dining, Beautiful granite kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooking and quality appliances, 2 televisions, DVD, video, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, and balcony BBQ with outdoor dining.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Bella Vista was so relaxing, comfortable,and very close to the beach, We had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you very much, beautiful property.

Bella Vista is a beautiful property to stay in amongst the perfect place to have a romantic and relaxing getaway with a loved one. We loved the house (it has everything you need and more) and the surrounding beaches make for the perfect atmosphere.
