Locality

Situated within easy reach of the Cathedral Ranges,Lake Mountain and the Yarra Valley this is the perfect place to stay.Lots of walks close by and many places to enjoy the fine food the area has to offer.Tennis courts at the front gate and suitability of the area for four-wheel driving,mountain bike riding,snow skiing , mountain or rock-climbing or just relaxing reading and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Property

The gardens at Silverstream featured in the ABC Australian Open Garden Scheme in January 2007.The two acre garden is full of colour for much of the year and winter is a very special time with crisp morning frosts always followed by a sunny day.Whether you just want to relax in your cottage and enjoy the cosy fire or get out and about and maybe do a walk in the Cathedral Range and return for a relaxing spa you will return home feeling the benefits of your time out.Many guests comment on how much they enjoyed the different variety of birds that have made the garden their home.The stars at night are brilliant and meals are an easy decision as the local hotel is a few minutes walk from here and the meals are very good.A lot of our guests comment that they hope to return.
