These modern, fully self-contained apartments are beautifuuly appointed with every feature to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing. All have balconies overlooking the heated saltwater swimming pool and the tropical gardens. There is a total of 16 one or two bedroom apartments and the rooftop ones have their own private, exclusive use, large outdoor sundecks complete with bbq facilities and sea views - perfect for that outdoor meal or to watch the shooting stars in the cool of the evening. All apartments have a northeasterly aspect capturing the warmth of the winter sun and the cooling sea breezes from the Pacific Ocean in the summer months.

Locality

The Burlington is situated in Maroochydore, the heart of the spectacular Sunshine Coast, just one hour’s drive north of Brisbane. It is an enviable location, central to all amenities, and yet just 50 metres to the beachfront. Many facilities are just a short walk away, the surf club, the bowls club, various international cuisine restaurants and popular fast food outlets, boutique shopping, public library, post office, Cotton Tree Olympic Swimming Pool and the Maroochy River, not to mention the magnificent beach. The major shopping centre for the Sunshine Coast, The Sunshine Plaza, is just a few minutes away and can be accessed by the local bus.

Things To Do

For sports enthusiasts, a wide range of activities are nearby, from watersports including surfing, water skiing, sailing, parasailing, scuba diving, fishing, boating to playing a round of golf at some of Australias best golf courses.

Take a scenic drive along the picturesque majestic mountain ranges in the hinterland, stopping to view Kondlilla Falls and taking in the spectacular view of the entire Sunshine Coast. Take time out in Montville to browse the many gift shops and refresh yourself with a touch of alfreso dining. Visit Mary Cairncross Park at Maleny to take in one of the best-preserved and oldest subtropical rainforests open to the public. Explore the historic village of Eumundi and don’t miss the markets for a vast array of arts and crafts and local produce. Take in the Glasshouse Mountains and if you are game have a climb. Explore the coastal rainforest on the wheelchair friendly boardwalk of Buderim Forest and for the adventurous continue up to the Buderim Waterfall and swimming hole.
