The Ocean View is guaranteed. Come and experience a great holiday getaway in this spacious and luxurious Sunshine Coast apartment boasting spectacular ocean views of Maroochydore Beach and Old Woman Island to Mt Coolum to the North and Hinterlands to the West.

Apartment 1103 is directly opposite Maroochydore Beach right in the heart of Queensland's Sunshine Coast and 1 hour from Brisbane Airport. There are great recreational facilities including a 25 metre podium pool, children's pool and steam room as well as the rooftop spa and BBQ area, and a large private balcony ideal for soaking up the views.

Apartment 1103 is on the 11th Floor of the Sebel Maroochydore. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a separate media room which converts to a third bedroom with the single sofa bed. The Master bedroom is luxurious with spa bath and separate shower plus a large walk-in closet. There is also a courtyard at the entrance of the apartment for your boogie board and fishing gear.
