Standard Terms and Conditions
(The terms "guest" "client" "tenant" are synonymous with the people who have agreed to pay for accommodation at Novovilla Maroochydore.)


Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.


Deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required to secure the booking of stays for more than 2 days.


Balance of the rental amount must be received in full on arrival.


If the client cancels the booking, money paid is not refundable unless the villa is re-let for the entire period of the booking.


To maintain a high standard for our guests' comfort we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate the goodwill and respect most guests bring to our property and to preserve this we state the following conditions:


Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.


Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only, not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. associated with functions. Use contrary to this will result in additional payments.


Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Compensation from the tenants will be required.

The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10am on the day of departure, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.


Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental without any refund.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the villa and prohibited drugs are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.

This property can sleep 4 persons comfortably. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed.There are bifold doors in the lounge which can close to give the privacy of a third bedroom there and comfortable click-down sofas can be arranged to suit requirements for sleeping configurations. There is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is also another shower in the laundry. The laundry is equipped with an automatic washing machine and electric dryer as well as a fold away ironing board and iron. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and a family area near the kitchen as well. All linen is supplied including sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets, towels, bath mats and tea towels.The unit is fully air conditioned with split systems to the bedrooms and living area.
