The property is a modern, spacious, 2 bedroom unit situated in a quiet, ground level complex of 6. It is fully self-contained and air-conditioned. Clean and tastefully furnished to present a cheerful, trendy, holiday mood, it contains all linen, utensils and appliances to give your holiday the comforts of home. Situated around the corner from Maroochy riverside walks, Chambers Island fishing and kids playground, Swan Boat Hire for all fishing, water sports hire and river cruising, it has the ideal beachside holiday connections. There is a selection of quality golf courses nearby. ATM and takeaway facilities are also only a short walk away, as are public transport and post box facilities. The unit is easy to find, just off Bradman Avenue and close to Sunshine Plaza and all the restaurants. (The terms "guest" "client" "tenant" are synonymous with the people who have agreed to pay for accommodation at Novovilla Maroochydore.)

Deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required to secure the booking of stays more than 2 days.

Balance of rental amount must be received in full on arrival.

If client cancels the booking, money paid is not refundable unless the villa is re-let for the entire period of the booking.

To maintain a high standard for our guests' comfort we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate the goodwill and respect most guests bring to our property and to preserve this we state the following conditions:

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only, not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. associated with functions. Use contrary to this will result in additional payments.

Novovilla is designed for short term holiday rentals. Bookings in excess of 2 weeks (14 days) incur a refundable 1 week's bond payable on arrival to cover possible extra cleaning charges or damages. Bond to be refunded after satisfactory final inspection at the end of the guests' tenure. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and returning the property in the same condition as on their arrival.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Compensation from the tenants will be required.

Items left behind will only be returned upon specific request. COD postage will apply.

The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.2pm Check-in on arrival;10am check-out on departure.
