Holiday house

The Hawkesbury Retreat is a roomy, well appointed house with balconies on 3 levels overlooking the river's stunning views, the dining/lounge has open fire (wood supplied), polished wood floors, leather lounge and fully equipped kitchen occupies one level of the house. Foxtel (basic + sport) at no cost. Aiir conditioning on 2 levels. Modern bathroom & laundry. TV/Stero/DVD. Furnished decks, 2 levels, gas BBQ, own pontoon for boat supplied or bring your own. 2 canoes available (optional at a fee).

Locality

Hawkesbury Retreat is a water access only property located on the edge of the beautiful Hawkesbury River in the small community of Marlow, just 75 mins. north of Sydney off the F3 highway below Mt. White and around 90 mins. south of Newcastle. It is just up river from the renowed Pete's Bite Restaurant located at the mouth of Berowra Waters. Spencer Village is 8 mins. up river. The store has provisions, alcohol, light meals and great cappuccinos.

Property

Hawkesbury Retreat is easily accessed by the 3.9 metre runabout with a 15hp Yamaha motor supplied for the duration of your stay. Secure parking is available. Its situation right on the edge of the Hawkesbury lends for a relaxing break from the hustling cities or spending relaxing hours fishing or cruising the area.
