Holiday house

Marion Bay town has a small population but is equipped with all the local friendly services you can expect. A general store, tavern, surf shop, recreational facilites, fishing and boating facilities.
Marion Bay boasts a lively beachside Tavern with a a fully licensed restaurant, wood fired pizza's & fine wine. The multi award winning tavern is open 7 days, serving meals from 12 - 2pm & 6 - 8pm daily. Wood oven pizzas available weekends & school holiday evenings. Over Summer the Tavern gets very busy, it definitely pays to book.
Marion Bay also features a general store, which stocks basic groceries ( it pays to bring some groceries with you as the nearest super market is 75kms away). Located alongside the general store is a surf shop which has a great range of surf wear, fishing tackle and accessories.

Locality

Generous eco designed home of 2 bedrooms with queen beds + 1 bathroom. Open living /dedicated dining with modern well appointed stainless steel kitchen. Natural cross ventilated cooling with ceiling fans in each room with radiant heating for the cooler months.

Unique ambience provided through stylishly decorated abode with extensive library of books magazines + music.

Outdoor furniture for lounging on north facing verandah to bask in the sun or enjoy watching the abundant bird life in the surrounding native garden.

Additional facilities can be arranged including artists studio [supplies not provided] body boards + push bikes to explore local area & gorgeous Innes National Park. Gourmet meals are also available through Marion Bay Tavern.

Property

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Bookings are taken subject to the following terms and conditions.
• You may check‐in any time after 2.00pm and check‐out time is 10.00am sharp.
• We (meaning either the manager or owner) reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the
property is left in an unacceptable state. Please leave the house and property clean and tidy, with dishes
washed, dried and put away and rubbish placed into outside bins.
• Strictly NO SMOKING inside. Smokers please dispose of butts thoughtfully ‐ not on the ground. Smoking
inside is grounds for instant eviction.
• The property is rented to you in good faith, on the condition that you respect and look after it. Any
damage or normal wear is recorded by the manager. Additional damage, whether reported by you or
found by us, will be paid for at replacement cost and you will be invoiced accordingly.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings or refuse a booking if the property becomes unavailable for
reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to evict renters if they are found breaching the terms
and conditions.
• STRICTLY NO FIRES to be lit outside from 31st October ‐ 30th April. THIS IS FIRE BAN
SEASON! Strict penalties and fines apply
• NO loud noise outside after 12pm, please respect the neighbours in our small coastal town. Failure to
comply may result in eviction and or loss of bond at the manager/owners discretion.
