Holiday house

Wywurry Beach House is a 3 bedroom elevated near new pole home with front and rear full length decked balconies.
Quality furnishings and fittings provide a very comfortable and relaxing holiday getaway in this beautiful location.

The main bedroom is very large with a queen bed, the second bedroom is a double size with double bed and each have a chest of drawers and mirror. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, a robe and a small chest.

The house has sweeping views from the front balcony which overlooks natural scrub, Marion and Snow salt lakes and the edge of Innes National Park.

It is only a few minutes walk to beautiful Willyama Beach, Penguin Point and the town beach or a short walk to the bushwalking trails of Innes National Park which borders Marion Bay.
Alternatively it is a short drive to the entrance proper of Innes National Park, Stenhouse Bay and the many superb beaches along the coastline. Visit Shell Beach and Dolphin Beach for a secluded afternoon.

The front balcony has an outdoor setting and gas barbeque.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an island bench and includes a microwave, electric wok and frying pan, sandwich maker, family size fridge, stainless steel oven and electric cooktop. Ample utensils and dinnerware are provided.
Tea and coffee and some pantry staples are supplied.
The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling and a ceiling fan in the main living area.
A flat screen plasma 50" TV is in the living area with a DVD player, some DVDs and CD player with iPod dock, some CDs, books, children's games and puzzles are provided.

Bedlinen is included with all bookings. Additional blankets, throws and quilts are also included.

Please bring your own towels unless otherwise arranged with us during the booking.
We have recently installed solar panels to help reduce greenhouse gases and provide a green source for energy for the Beach House.

Marion Bay

Just a few minutes walk to Willyama Beach and Penguin Point.

A short drive to Innes National Park where you can fish, surf or relax on one of the many beaches or go bush walking and immerse yourself in this beautiful area.

Marion Bay has a local award winning tavern with delicious meals and views from the dining area.

Another tavern is located at Stenhouse Bay as you enter Innes National Park providing meals with views over the bay from the dining area.

Other facilities in Marion Bay include a playground, tennis courts, jetty with excellent fishing, fishing charters, surf shop, General Store, surf school.

You can enter Innes National Park just 5 minutes walk from Wywurry and explore the walking trails.

THE GARDEN

Native shrubs are being established in the garden together with a regeneration of the natural bush. All of the plants are reliant on the natural rainfall.
Native birds are regular visitors and we are working to regenerate the native protective habitat around the house for the smaller birds as the shrubs and trees develop.

Parking is available under the house and in the wide double driveway.

To maximise comfort for all guests this is a non smoking property and pets are not permitted.
