Salt is a newly renovated property with all necessities required for a relaxing stay at Marion Bay.The property is walking distance to the town precinct/Jetty and 100m to the beach.

This two storey property with two seperate entrances is suitable for up to two families and can comfortably sleep 8.

The Layout

Downstairs:

* Lounge Room- Large screen TV, DVD and a comfy leather lounge
* Bedroom 1- Queen bed plus fan
* Bedroom 2- 2 bunks for the kids
* Bathroom- Designed and built by local builder
* Laundry- fridge / freezer, cleaning appliances and laundry basin

Upstairs:

* Kitchen, Dinning, Lounge Room with Flat Screen TV/DVD/MP3 Compatible Stereo and Reverse Cycle Airconditioning
* Bathroom 2 and separate toilet
* Bedroom 3- Queen bed
* Decking with BBQ facilities
Outside

The outside area has been designed to suit the local habitat. We have planted local native fauna, to catch the beautiful unique wildlife that inhabits the area. There is ample space to park boat's and cars, which is well secured.

Fishing enthusiasts will have access to a freezer in the laundry to store bait and those big catches.

No smoking, no pets and maximum people 8.
