Holiday house

This contemporary new three bedroom home features open plan living with split system air-conditioning, LCD TV, DVD and a JVC Home Theatre system. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms to keep your sleep undisturbed. There is a washing machine and bar fridge in the laundry for your convenience and to keep your drinks icy cold. These are best enjoyed out on the large deck out the back. Don't be shy to pull the cane lounge suite out! Outside there is a 4 burner BBQ and plenty of parking. A large 6X9m shed with 10foot wall height for boat clearance. Mazza Bay Retreat, is only a short drive to Innes National Park where the fishing is great even for a novice and the surfing beaches are picturesque.

The property has a 6x9m shed with a 10 foot wall height for better boat clearance, which is accessible off of Templetonia Crescent. The shed has double sliding doors on the road side and a single sliding door on the house side. There is a direct walking path to the beach at the dead end of Acacia Court, between houses.
