Holiday house

Elandra is a newly constructed house with large open plan living well suited for holiday makers. It has large windows facing the extensive decking area with views to the natural scrub in the adjacent reserve.
Elandra has been designed to comfortably sleep 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) and all bedrooms have pedestal fans. Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and extra blankets are provided. A porta cot and high chair is also provided.

Sleeping arrangements are:

* main queen size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sliding door access to the deck
* second queen size bedroom
* third bedroom with two bunk beds

The kitchen is well appointed with underbench oven, ceramic cooktop, rangehood, microwave oven and there is plenty of bench space. An extensive range of crockery, cooking utensils etc is provided. An extra bar fridge is provided if needed.

Cooling and heating is provided by a large split system air conditioner situated in the living area.
The main and second bedrooms have ceiling fans installed. There is a portable air conditioner for use in the third bedroom.

For your entertainment, there is a 42" flat panel plasma TV with digital reception via satellite, DVD and CD player and a surround sound system. There is a Media Player which has around 350 movies to cater for all your tastes.

There is a front loader washing machine in the laundry.
Outside is an outdoor setting, 2 sun lounges, a four burner gas BBQ and a fish filleting station.

The house is eco friendly with solar panels installed.

If you are interested in stargazing, check out our telescope to view the moon and brightly lit stars in the country night sky. There are a variety of lenses to choose from and there is a moon map as a reference guide.

For first time bookings, a security bond of 1 night's accommodation may be requested. This will be refunded if the house is left in a clean and tidy condition and no damage has occurred.
