Holiday house

Large 4 bedroom family home, easily accomodates 2 families with children. There are 3 double/queen size beds and one set of single bunks.

The beds are provided with mattress covers, blankets, pillows and quilts with covers. All you need to bring is your own linen, towels and pillow cases.

Cook up a storm in the large new blackwood kitchen featuring electric oven, gas hot plates, microwave, electric frying pan and all the utensils and cutlery you could ever need.

Large dining area inside and additional settings for use outside on the surrounding sun decks. Ample dining seating provided for two families and guests who may visit.

The three way bathroom allows easy access even at the busiest of times.

Large fridge in the kitchen, bar fridge in the dining area and large freezer in the laundry for the fishermen in the family.

Snug up to the combustion wood fire which provides the heating and wonderful atmosphere on cold winter nights.

Keep cool in summer on the surrounding sundecks.

Ceiling fans are in all rooms. Enjoy the cool sea breezes on summer nights.

A great place to stay in all seasons.

Locality

Walking distance to surf beaches, swimming beaches and jetty.

Bring your fishing gear, the jetty has massive squid. You'll find whiting, mullet, flathead and sweep from the beaches and rocks. The famous SA Salmon can be caught nearby at Browns Beach or Bulters.

Try one of the many excellent fishing charters operating out of Marion Bay, who target BIG King George Whiting and an assortment of reef dwellers such as Snapper, Nannygai and Trevally. Just drop a line and Hang On!

Bring your surfboard, as the Park features many great surf beaches and breaks.

The wonderful Innes National Park has many walking/riding trails, so venture out and enjoy the scenery, wildlife and amazing history that makes this area such a special world class attraction.

Don't forget the camera!

The house faces a natural reserve which transforms into a wetland in winter and bushland in summer.

Lots of space on the property for cars, boats, four-wheel drives and a trailer, for those who don't believe in travelling light.

The property is not fenced, so only well behaved pets will enjoy themselves there.
Our dog and cat visit with us all the time and love the reserve next door and are forever exploring the bushland and playing with the locals.
The decks right round provide excellent cover for pets and give them a great lookout over the local area.
