"The cottage was everything I expected it to be - a simple rammed earth building, tastefully decorated and with everything one needed for a relaxing break in the beautiful Boranup forest. The teenagers loved the table tennis table, the grown-ups loved the spa and the ipod dock with candles and screen. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom luxurious, towels were fresh and fluffy. We especially appreciated the gesture of a bottle of wine and some fresh coffee. The only thing which could be improved is the lighting, which was eco-friendly and therefore quite dim - tricky for bedtime reading - but this was a small price to pay for the tranquility of the cottage in its unique setting."

"The best thing was the peace and tranquillity. Enjoyed the leather lounge which was very comfortable. Loved the shower. Spa bath a bit small, OK for one but not for sharing, and situated in the laundry was a bit grim. "

"We highly recommend staying at Boranup cottage, there was a warm welcome waiting to greet us and the cottage was beautiful. Sleeps 6 comfortably and the facilities were great. A lovely gallery nearby and not far from all the wineries and Margaret River town. We had a wonderful girls weekend but would gladly bring the family as well. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage was warm and cosy and tastefully decorated. It was such a peaceful environment and I enjoyed doing yoga on the patio surrounded by the trees of the forest.
