Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Seabreeze Apartment is situated in a private, quiet location. A 3 minute walk, then over the sand dunes, and you will be on a pristine secluded beach, Also, here you can access the new beach front walk trail.A short stroll to the beach, shop, cafe & restaurants.
Minutes drive to wineries, vineyards, art & craft galleries, restaurants, wild kangaroos, golf course and the majestic forest.
As we are dog lovers ourselves, we can accomodate one small or medium sized dog only. We require a $50
"doggie" deposit to ensure the apartment (and garage area) is left fur, sand,and dirt free.
The apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. A 3rd person staying is an extra $20 per night. For a 1 night booking there is a $10 surcharge. We have a 4 night minimum for the Easter weekend.

Seabreeze facilities include:
Queen-size bed, sofa bed, TV, CD player and DVD/video player. Ipod dock. Fresh linen and quality towels. Small kitchenette bench for light cooking with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric hotplate. All eating and cooking utensils supplied.
Spacious aqua-tiled bathroom with a bath & shower.
A private garage for your parking. A grassed barbeque area with a weber bbq in the garden.
The balcony which overlooks the garden is the perfect place to enjoy the sun in the morning, a glass of wine in the late afternoon, or a moonlit starry interlude in the evening.
We are a private one-off apartment.

Locality

We are located in Prevelly Beach, a seaside village approx. 9 k. from Margaret River townsite. We are minutes away from Surfer's Point and The Rivermouth. Prevelly Beach has magical, unspoiled, white-sand beaches and the inviting, clear, aqua ocean. You can enjoy a swim, snorkel with the various sea creatures, or throw in a fishing line and catch some of the world’s tastiest fish.
Margaret River has some of the best surfing spots in the world, and is home to international surf contests. Drive to one of the many surfing spots to witness many of talented local surfers. If you would like to try this sport, Margaret River surf schools will have you up and riding the waves in no time! Margaret River also offers spectacular windsurfing , kite sailing, and body surfing.
If golfing is your forte, don’t forget to bring your golf clubs and play a game at The Margaret River Golf Club, which is a 5 minute drive away. Along with the local golfers, you’ll see the many kangaroos that live there, too.
And if you’d just like to relax, grab a towel and sunscreen, and lounge on a pristine white sandy beach, while the waves lap at your feet. Dive in for a refreshing dip or swim. You may even see dolphins or whales. Take a stroll on the new beachfront walk trail. And please don’t miss our spectacular sunsets at one of the many beaches.
