We have a three night minimum on long weekends, a 2 night minimum on weekends unless there is only 1 night available, or it is booked at the last minute (Friday afternoon).

Seabreeze Apartment is situated in a private, quiet location. A 3 minute walk, then over the sand dunes, and you will be on a pristine secluded beach, Also, here you can access the new beachfront walk trail.

A short stroll to the beach, shop, cafe & restaurants.
Minutes drive to wineries, vineyards, art & craft galleries, restaurants, wild kangaroos, golf course and the majestic forest.

As we are dog lovers ourselves, we can accomodate one small or medium sized dog only. We require a $50 "doggie" deposit to ensure the apartment is left fur, sand, and dirt free.

Seabreeze facilities include:
Queen-size bed, sofa bed, TV, CD player and DVD/video player. Fresh linen and quality towels. Small kitchenette for light cooking with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric hotplate. All eating and cooking utensils.
Luxurious, spacious aqua-tiled bathroom with a deep bath & shower.
A private garage for your parking. A grassed barbeque area with a weber bbq in the garden.
The balcony which overlooks the garden is the perfect place to enjoy the sun in the morning, a glass of wine in the late afternoon, or a moonlit starry interlude in the evening.
We are a private one-off apartment.

Margaret River has magical, unspoiled, white-sand beaches and the inviting, clear, aqua ocean. You can enjoy a swim, snorkel with the various sea creatures, or throw in a fishing line and catch some of the world’s tastiest fish.

Margaret River has some of the best surfing spots in the world, and is home to international surf contests. Drive to one of the many surfing spots to witness many of talented local surfers. If you would like to try this sport, Margaret River surf schools will have you up and riding the waves in no time! Margaret River also offers spectacular windsurfing , kite sailing, and body surfing.

If golfing is your forte, don’t forget to bring your golf clubs and play a game at The Margaret River Golf Club. Along with the local golfers, you’ll see the many kangaroos that live there, too.

And if you’d just like to relax, grab a towel and sunscreen, and lounge on a pristine, white, sandy beach, while the waves lap at your feet. Dive in for a refreshing dip or swim. You may even see dolphins or whales. Take a stroll on the new beachfront walk trail. And please don’t miss our spectacular sunsets at one of the many beaches.

The large studio contains a queen sized bed with fresh sheets, pillowcases and a doona. If the booking is for 2 singles, we need to be informed at the time of the booking, so we can leave sheets and a doona for the sofa bed upon your arrival. Towels are provided. (Extra towels are supplied at a cost of $2.00 each.) A portacot is available at no charge if needed.
