Rosewood Guesthouse combines old world charm with modern management and comfort. From the moment you drive into the beautiful gardens it is obvious that this is a wonderful place to stay. The guest lounge and dining rooms are furnished in a tasteful blend of modern and antique furnishings.

The 5 B&B rooms are all individually decorated and have wonderful views of the gardens. With private ensuite bathrooms, TV , fridge, tea & coffee making, iron & board, airdryers, clock radios. All rooms have r/c air-conditioning and many more comforts to ensure a comfortable stay.

The Grand Spa Suite has a kitchenette and as the name implies is spacious. The bathroom has a 2 person spa and there is a second bedroom with king bed. The suite has r/c air conditioning.

Breakfast is a feature of your Rosewood Experience. With a selection of poached fruits, Margaret River yoghurt, organic breads and home-made preserves and wonderful coffee from Yahava Koffee, it is our famous waffles that really seem to be a hit and are included in the tariff. There is an extra charge for added cooked selections but you are more than satisfied from the hearty continental selection. From the dining room you are entertained by the wild birds that come to Rosewood for breakfast as well!

Having travelled extensively and having a keen interest in wine, we know that local knowledge can help guests to gain more from their time in an area. We also understand that at times guests want to be left in peace to enjoy a quiet time. Rosewood Guesthouse caters for guests over the age of 14.

Rosewood Guesthouse is situated 700 metres from the Bussell Hwy, the shopping and restaurant strip of Margaret River. If it sounds too energetic to stroll to town, we have two restaurants a 200 metre walk from us! We are located within the townsite on Wallcliffe Rd which leads to Prevelley Beach.

If its beaches, caves and kangaroos you want to visit, a short drive and you will be there. If its forest, galleries and wine you seek... even closer! Golf is available, birwatching abounds.

There is so much to see and do we suggest you base yourself at Rosewood and explore this region from Augusta to Busselton, all with in 40 minutes driving time. We can assure you you will leave wishing you could stay longer!
