Beachside Prevelly Villas offers you the choice of two outstanding coastal locations for the perfect beach getaway - with your family,your friends or your partner,and including your pet dog ,if you wish.We are"a shell's throw from the ocean "so all your favourite beach activities are possible on pristine,safe beaches,and within a 5 minute walk from each house-even your dogs are allowed.Or you may choose to stroll across to the ocean view cafe opposite the houses to enjoy a coffee/watch the sunset,or buy a bottle of world class local wine at the liquor store next door and curl up beside our cosy log fires(in winter).No need to drive anywhere.You can relax and just enjoy the easy ambiance of this seaside location.
Each house has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 persons(1queen bed and four single beds) and is fully self contained to allow guests to cater for themselves.There are generous lawns and native gardens with a bbque entertaining area at each house.The houses offer a comfortable standard of accommodation at moderate prices,so represent good value.
We have a high rate of return guests-so that says it all!

Beachside Prevelly Villas has two fantastic locations close to the beach with prices to suit a moderate budget,at Prevelly Park in Margaret River..We are genuinely centrally located,with a shop and cafe opposite the houses,plus the town of Margaret River is just 10 km drive away.The winter wildness of the ocean and the summer pleasures of the beach are just walking distance from all houses.Or just sit and relax in our natural gardens-complete with visiting native birds.The feeling is relaxed.You dont have to drive unless you want to!

These houses represent excellent value and are priced in the moderate range.Their presentation is immaculate ,with many small personal details included to warmly welcome you.They are "holiday homes away from home".Our guests often return and refer us to their friends.We are genuinely pet friendly and welcome your dogs.

Prevelly Villas houses are a quick walk from fishing beaches.The local store,opposite the houses,supplies bait and some fishing equipment(hooks and lines) if guests require extras.Herring and whiting are the usual catches from the beach all year round.The boat ramp is a 5 min drive from the houses and this is also a good fishing beach,as it is more protected from winds.

Golf

Golf course located nearby.

an 18 hole,all grass greens golf course is a 5 min drive from Prevelly Villas.Golf club hire is available from the golf course.There is a great club room with bar facilities and it is a a very attractive course in a bush setting,complete with visiting kangaroos.

Romantic getaway
