"We arrived at the property on Saturday afternoon and were very disappointed with the condition of the property. The property had not been cleaned before our arrival, there was no soap in the bathrooms, no toilet paper and no cleaning products to allow us to clean it ourselves. We had to purchase cleaning products that afternoon to clean the kitchen and bathrooms and the living areas. "

"I am very happy to provide my comments as I spent a good deal of my time cleaning.

The beach house was in need of a very good clean. The en suite shower had black mold in the grouting and very dirty tiles. The bathroom had a very dirty bath. The bedspread was stained. There was sand on the stairs and the floor downstairs were dirty. The barbecue needed cleaning before we could use it. We spent a good few hours cleaning before we could settle in. This is sad as the location was wonderful and the beach house basically good - once clean.
I found the staff very helpful during the booking process but not available while we were there.
