Self-contained apartment

Just stroll to the main street with its numerous shops, wine bars, hotels and restaurants; and a short drive to the best wineries and other attractions the region has to offer.

The spacious living/dining/kitchen open plan area accesses the large north facing balcony through glass bifold doors.

A rear balcony is accessed from the two bedrooms.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a full height fridge, microwave, stove, hotplates and a dishwasher, incorporating lots of bench and cupboard space.

The six seating dining area and two sofas complete this very comfortable living area.

The Apartment is beautifully designed to take maximum advantage of the winter sun.
