Holiday house

Yearn for a long, lazy, beachy break. Put your feet up and enjoy this very special coastal retreat!

Beaches abound!
A short walk to Manyana Beach and its rock pools, to Green Island where surfers will find one of Australia's best lefts and to the crystal clear waters of Lake Conjola Estuary.
It's all about water, play, vistas and enjoyment.
Enjoy riding your bike at low tide, enjoy the sun setting beind the Budawang Mountain Range, enjoy the many uncrowded and secluded resting spots along the way and enjoy roasting marshmellows as the stars come out.

The house is beautifully designed, furnished and equipped.
You will love the shifting light, the skyline views, the breezeways and all the natural materials.
Two pavillions ensure a harmonious holiday as separate areas allow the quiet to coexist with the energy of socialising (separate living and sleeping).
There are 3 separate decks that serve different purposes. The "arrival" deck is for unpacking and post-beach rinses (outdoor hot shower), another is for lolling about with the weekend papers and one is for alfresco dining. Take your pick!
All bedrooms are now fully curtained so the sleep-in can be longer. All mattresses are brand new and extremely comfortable.
The outdoor shower and 2nd toilet act as the second bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen makes cooking a delight.

The local shop is a short walk providing newspapers, basic groceries and tennis court hire.
The Bendalong Shop (5 min drive) has a wider range of groceries, bottle shop, petrol and ATM.
Historic Milton (20 min drive south) is the closest town. It has beautiful homeware and craft shops as well as all the necessities: newsagent, chemist, hospital, pub, cafes, supermarket and butcher. Pilgrims is my favourite cafe and the Bliss burger is bliss!
If its fresh seafood or a movie you are after then drive another 10mins south to Ulladulla.
There are many great coastal and bush walking tracks. My childrens favourites are both Pigeon House and Pointer Gap Mountain....don't forget to pack the picnic!
