Absolute waterfront beach house with fantastic deck and panoramic north east views directly overlooking the ocean, Inyadda Beach, headlands and bush. This is the best value absolute waterfront holiday house in Manyana.
This ',s renovated homely 2 bedroom beach house sleeps 6. It has a queen bed in Bedroom 1, a double bed and 2 bunks in Bedroom 2 and a double daybed in the lounge that can also be used by a couple for sleeping. You can lie in bed and watch the surf from the main bedroom or the daybed!
The lounge has new couches, an LCD TV with USB connectivity, DVD, video, stereo and ipod dock into the stereo. There is a good library of videos and DVD',s, books and cookbooks for guests to enjoy.
The kitchen has been renovated and has a very good selection of cooking utensils and appliances for people who like to cook (sorry no room for a dishwasher!). There are 2 fridges, one for food and another for drinks. There is also a 4 burner gas BBQ outside on the deck with a backup gas bottle. The large dining table easily seats 8 and the outdoor setting on the deck seats 6 people.
What to do at Beach Break? You could just gaze at the ocean and watch for dolphins year round or whales (May/June and November) if that',s what you want! You can fish, surf, swim or walk along the beach right in front of the house or walk to Lake Conjola or Bendalong if you prefer still water beaches. Winter is also great for walking, reading and cooking with friends and there are electric heaters and electric blankets on both main beds.
Manyana is just on a 3 hour drive from Canberra and Sydney CBD',s. The area is well known for year round activities like surfing, fishing, boating, bushwalking, and off road mountain biking.
