Alba is arguably the best available holiday house in Manyana.

It was constructed just 15 years ago of recycled timber and is superbly designed and appointed. It features timber floorboards throughout, large cathedral style ceilings, a massive m2 main living area and a view that makes you feel like you can almost touch the waves.

Alba comprises 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan Chefs kitchen, designer furniture, cm plasma TV, and everything else you would expect from Manyanas best.

Whether its fine and sunny or cold and wet, Alba is equipped for all seasons. A large open wood fireplace will warm the house in the depths of winter and the cool ocean breeze and ceilings fans will keep you nice and cool during the summer.

Location

Manyana is a delightful South Coast township located less than 3 hours from both Sydney and Canberra.

Alba is located on Sunset Strip just a short stroll to the unspoilt Inyadda Beach. Leave the car behind and you can relax in privacy on the beach directly below the house and enjoy one of the South Coasts most picturesque beaches.

Albas perfect due east absolute beachfront aspect captures the glorious morning sun. This is when the house really shines offering instant warmth and energy as you start the day.

The options are limitless - choice of 4 beaches all within 5 minute drive (short stroll to two great surf beaches), beach/bushwalking, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, fishing, boating on Lake Conjola or Berringer Lake, lots of great pushbike tracks, watch whales (in season) or dolphins (all year round) from the daybeds or simply relax with a book to the sound of the ocean.

A family of kangaroos lives at nearby Bendalong and can be visited/fed daily.

Other local attractions for food wine lovers include Rick Stein at Bannisters, Mollymook and Cupitts Winery, Ulladulla both approx 30 minutes away. There is even a local minibus company in Manyana which will take you if you want to leave the car behind.
