Holiday house

Facing North the property is sheltered from the cold Southerlies and captures the warmth of the Winter sun. In Summer the cool South Easterlies come directly off Inyadda Beach to provide some welcome relief. There is large backyard perfect for holiday games and a track at rear leads directly to the beach. Vehicle access to the backyard, a double garage and driveway provide ample parking. Downstairs is the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, laundry, a bathroom/shower and large rear deck. The kitchen has a dishwasher, filtered water and granite benchtops. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a deck with sun lounges. A self contained bungalow is available if necessary.

Locality

Bendalong/Manyana is surrounded by National Park and 13 km off the highway. Beautiful Lake Conjola is available for protected swimming, boating, fishing, etc. and a selection of very different beaches are all close by. Relaxing in the shade of gum trees on a sheltered surf beach at Bendalong is about as good as it gets. Even in peak times the beaches are often all to yourself.

Property

The beachhouse backs onto a beachside nature reserve and is approx 400 metres to the surf.
