Holiday house

Elevated holiday cottage available for short or long stays. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, lounge, dinning, kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs is a rumpus area and laundry.The property is fully fenced with a BBQ in the rear garden. Bedroom 1 has double bed, bedroom 2 has double bed with single overhead and bedroom 3 has a set of single bunk beds.

Manyana and Inyadda beaches are well with-in walking distance. Bendalong Bay and Lake Berringer and Conjola are close by, all have boat ramps.

Conjola Lake and Bendalong bay have BBQ facilities.

Locality

Manyana is surrounded by Conjola National Park, swimming and surf beaches, bay and headlands, there are boat ramps and plenty of fishing spots.

Two beaches are within walking distance with Bendalong Bay and Berringer and Conjola Lakes close by.

Milton and Ulladulla townships are just 20 minutes drive away and offer good shopping facilities, cafes' and a variety of antique, craft shops and markets.

Other local attractions include wineries, fishing and diving charters, bush walking, horse riding. Ulladulla harbour, Mogo zoo, Nowra animal park, Jervis Bay is just a short drive.

Property

Island View cottage offers a perfect get a way for those who seek a relaxing environment either in summer or winter. The area is well known for the excellent fishing.
Manyana beach has world class surfing. You can take long walks through Conjola National or walk for kilometers along the prestine beaches exploring rock pools, dunes, headlands and trails.

Whale Watching

Twice a year you can experience the migration of several species of whales, in July and August the whales are migrating north, then in October and November they return with their calves.
Two good vantage points are Red Head at Bendelong and headland on the peninsular at Manyana.
