This cute grannies cottage contains, Polished Floor boards, open fire, split system air conditioning.
2 Bedrooms, 1 Queen bed, electric blanket.
1 Bunk and Single bed in 2nd Bedroom
Kitchen with Gas Stove, fridge, gas BBq
Ensuite style bathroom with shower
Securely fenced for pets and children.

Off street parking.

Selwood Cottage is conveniently located 1.2km from main street in Mansfield.
Close to shops and cafes, pubs and clubs.
If Coming from Melbourne on Maroondah Hwy, turn right at roundabout when arriving in Mansfield.( From Benalla, drive straight across the roundabout) Continue to the end of dual road to Stop Sign. Cross over Malcolm Street.
View Street is the second on the left.
