The house is designed to take full advantage of the magnificent position. Built from local stone the open plan design of 40+ squares offers an inviting living area whether it be for 2 people or 12.
Massive wooden beams support the vaulted timber ceiling of the living area which features a sunken lounge around a huge stone fireplace, a popular place to reflect on the day.

- Two very large bedrooms downstairs with a queen size bed, a king single and trundle in each.

Sambar Park occupys 80 acres in the heart of the Howqua Valley , which takes in 1.3km sweep of private Howqua River frontage. The house sits high on a ridge with beautiful valley views and the rear boundary abuts State Forest & Alpine National Park. A magnificent area to explore.
Just being there, watching the kangaroos and the wildlife and breathing fresh mountain air, is an experience of a lifetime. If you want some action, the recreational activities within the property, and at your doorstep, offer something for everyone.
