Rothesay Park is a 4-star AAA Tourism rated country-style bed & breakfast situated on 9 acres in Tolmie - just 15 minutes from the historic town of Mansfield and approximately 3 hours from the Melbourne CBD.

Your stay at this luxurious sandstone residence in either the Edinburgh or Highland suites includes all linen and towels, private ensuite, heater, colour TV and your choice of a continental or high country breakfast.

A complimentary morning/afternoon tea is included in the tariff and for a very modest additional charge you may like to enjoy an evening dinner that includes a glass of locally produced red or white wine!

Guests can relax in the privacy of the spacious sitting room in front of a log fire or enjoy a drink on the wide verandah whilst appreciating the fresh, country air and majestic views of the Delatite Valley - a Tolmie Local may even come and pay you a visit!

Award-winning wineries, historic sites and rugged mountain scenery are just some of the numerous attractions that await visitors to the region. And should you wish to venture a little further into the high country on horseback, trail rides catering for beginners to advanced riders can be arranged.

For the sports-minded, try a round of golf at the challenging 18-hole Mansfield Golf Club or if you're not feeling so energetic, try fly-fishing at one of the many excellent rivers or cast a line into Lake William Hovell or Lake Eildon.
