Cottage, Holiday house

1886 Historic stone house,newly renovated.Short walk to main street,hotels,club,cafes,shops,art gallery,mannum dock museum,tourist information centre,ferry,mary-anne reserve,and more.
3 large bedrooms,lounge/dining,fully equipped new kitchen,deluxe bathroom(separate shower and claw foot bath).
Washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer,microwave,tv, dvd, cd player,gas bbq.
Reverse cycle air con, coffee/tea making facilities.Off road parking.

Locality

The historic river town of Mannum was once a thriving river port in the days of the paddlewheelers and is now a top tourist destination. The town is nestled on the banks of the river murray and is home to the restored paddlesteamer 'PS Marion' and the Mannum Dock Museum and Tourist Centre.The paddlewheeler 'MV Murray River Princess' and the cruise boat 'Jester' operate from the town wharf at Mary-Ann reserve.
