Holiday house

Eleven From the Left is set in a picturesque absolute riverfront location in ever popular Mannum. This idyllic setting offers lush lawn and magnificent centuries old red river gums for shade and that inevitable game of cricket.

Lawn meets the river's edge making access to the water pleasant. The boat ramp is just 80 metres away. Launch your boat or Jet Ski and tie up to the private jetty for the duration of your stay.

Life's little luxuries are just a short stroll away in town. Lunch at one of the bakeries, cafes or take-away a pizza from one of the many eateries. Both the Pretoria and Mannum Hotels will offer you a delightful pub meal.
Lazy evenings are best enjoyed with your favourite wine or ale while taking in the lights of the township.

The cottage offers a well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining along with a comfortable lounge leading to the front deck. The main bedroom sleeps two in a double bed while the second bedroom sleeps 4 with two bunk beds. Ducted cooling will keep you comfortable in the height of summer.

Eleven From the Left is a delightful spot to enjoy the wonderful Murray River with everything you need close at hand.
