Monterey Tourist Park is nestled on the shores of Lake Macquarie, which is considered one of Australia's most beautiful lakes.

The park boasts many features, which include a crystal clear swimming pool, camp kitchen, barbecue area and a childrens playground. Our boat ramp and night-lit jetty provide access to the fabulous lake.

The park also has luxury Waterfront Villas, Poolside Villas, cabins, on-site vans and powered sites.

Travelling time is just over an hour from Sydney's north and once you have arrived it is 10 minutes to Lakehaven shopping Centre and 10 mins to the beach.

Just a short walk to local shops. A jetty with mooring is located in front of the park.

Monterey is the ideal tourist destination, offering a friendly atmosphere and quiet location. Pelicans are prolific on the lake, and the park is inhabited by friendly possums and Australian birdlife.

It has one of the best locations on Lake Macquarie (Australia's largest salt-water lake). Sailing, skiing, fishing and canoeing enthusiasts regularly enjoy all that is on offer.

Many holiday makers have already discovered this idyllic park set on the unspoiled shores of Lake Macquarie, it is perfect for an early morning jog or lazy evening stroll.

Right on Lake Macquarie on Vales Point at the south end of the lake. Central to the Hunter, Newcastle and Central Coast.
