Locality

Manly Beach and local area is famous for its friendly, vibrant atmosphere which offers a host of fun and quality activities for locals and visitors from around the world.

Manly hosts many Festivals during the year including the Jazz Festival, Food and Wine Festival, Surf Carnivals, Volley Ball Championships, the Iron Man Competition and Surfing Carnivals.

Close by there are 10 + Golf Courses within a 5 to 10 kilometer radius.

The Manly Ferry or Jet Cat travels via the Sydney Harbour to the City of Sydney every 15 - 25 minutes.
The trip takes 12 minutes on the Jet Cat and 25 minutes on the Manly Ferry.

Manly provides great Night Life entertainment with Disco's , Wine Bars, Clubs and Hotels.

There are numerous eateries to choose from along The Corso or the various Promenades including A La Carte Dining specialising in Seafood, Asian, Steak House and Cosmopolitan, Cafe's, and Take-a-Way food outlets. All food tastes catered for in Manly.

The Apartment is housed in a Modern, Contemporary and well maintained Complex of 8 Floors. Apartment recently upgraded the internal environment in March '11.
The Complex has been refurbished on the outside and inside in 2010.

The building is in the heart of Manly and the location is perfect as the Beach is 100 meters away, the Shops are 200 meters away and the Manly Ferry is 500 meters away.

All easily accessible by walking short distances on flat terrain.

PLEASE NOTE that Take A Break only states a maximum of 60 days on its site. There is nothing I can do about this.
The minimum stay required at this Complex is a 90 day stay. This is a Local Council rule which is supported by the Body Corporate of the Complex.
