Holiday house

This beautiful architect designed house is so lovely that you will never want to leave. It is the perfect entertaining house and ideal for families due to the pool and large back yard visible from the main living area. The house has two levels with the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs. On the same level is two other bedrooms (one with bunk beds, the other with a queen bed) plus a bathroom with bath. Downstairs is the other bedroom with a queen bed, a separate office, a bathroom, laundry and a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. A separate lounge room is also featured down here, all wrapping around a central courtyard. The two living areas are great when wanting to keep the children entertained away from the main living area. A double enclosed car port is located at the front of the house with the whole house gated from the street - making it easy to relax for those with children. Luxury linens are provided. There is a trampoline in the backyard and childrens toysbooks in the childrens room.

This gorgeous house is located in the prime area of Manly (on the flat area & walking distance to all of Manlys attractions). At the end of the street is restaurants, cafes, convenience store, liquor store and delicatessen. Around the corner (1 minutes walk) is Manly's largest fresh food market - everything you need for gourmet eating. Just up the street is Manly's large swim centre with 4 pools and playgrounds are are closeby too. The beach is a 4 minute stroll and Manly Corso (the main shopping area) is a 10 minute walk (far enough away to avoid the craziness but close enough to walk home from the restaurants). Perfect!

Parties - Important - This house is to be used for relaxing family holidays only with standard family style group entertaininggatherings. It is not to be hired for the intentional use of a large noisy parties or functions as it is a residential area. Any noisy large parties or functions will result in immediate loss of deposit and the authorities being called.
