Top part of 1920's double brick house, walking into courtyard under frangipani tree, to own entrance. Walk up stairs to spacious room with high ceilings 2 double built in wardrobes. Private balcony over looking Sydney harbour and Manly. Ensuite bathroom included. Fresh and Airy.
