The spacious studio apartment is in a quiet off-street modern security complex built in 2000. Superbly located between Manly Beach and Manly Harbour. Handy for everything, just 1 minute walk to beautiful Manly beach, Manly Ferry Wharf, supermarket, great cafes & restaurants, cinema, and the heart of Manly.
This fabulous security apartment is stylishly furnished with leather sofa, large TV and dinning setting for four. The comfortable queen size bed has bedding, linen and towels included.
The fully equipped modern kitchen offers marble bench top, stainless steel oven with grill, cook top, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Tea, coffee sugar and milk are complimentary with basic kitchen supplies such as olive oil, salt & pepper, foil and glad wrap. The internal laundry has a washing machine, electric dryer, iron and board.
The bathroom has a marble sink top, wc and large shower. Relax on the balcony on the comfortable outdoor setting. Security parking for 1 car included with remote access security key. The property is ideally set up for two people but a roll away single bed can also be provided.
