Holiday house

We're going abroad for 4 weeks and would like someone to enjoy our lovely terrace while we're away. The house is a flat two minutes walk to the sand of Manly's surf beach. Its quiet side street location means you can treat it as a retreat, but the shops, ferry, cafes, ferry and the placid harbour beaches are all between two and 10 minutes walk away.

The house is a heritage-listed early 20th century terrace with modern facilities. It features an open plan loungedining area, playroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles and a cot. There is a front yard with dining setting under a beautiful frangipani tree and a rear courtyard with a hammock and barbecue.

It's easy to spend a whole week in Manly without leaving thanks to the excellent facilities. Within 10 minutes' walk of the house are beaches, dozens of cafes, restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket and many corner stores. Not to mention Manly Ocean World, kayaking and cycling tours and the Manly ferry

This home would suit a couple or a family with children. Toys area available if needed.

A $500 bond is required, fully refundable after final property inspection.
