Less than one hour's drive from Perth. 500 metres from beach. Walking distance to local pub and deli. Five minutes drive to Meadow Springs Shopping Centre and ten minutes to central Mandurah. Easy care house with vinyl flooring throughout. Spacious living areas. Pot-belly stove. Fully equipped kitchen: stove, microwave and electirc frying pan; no oven; all utensils. Large sunroom and big, secure, enclosed backyard, Gas barbecue. Garden shower with hot and cold water. Ample parking including boat and caravan parking. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 7 single beds

Meadow Springs golf course five minutes away. Other golf courses nearby - Kennedy Bay, Secret Harbour, Mandurah Country Club. Wineries, surfing, boat ramps, marina, whale watching, wildlife park, dolphin cruises, fishing, crabbing, white water rafting, canoing, walking trails, bicycle paths, restaurants and cafes.
