This modern homestead style property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and features high ceilings, newly polished floorboards throughout and brand new fixtures and furnishings, which combined with the contemporary artworks and ornaments portrays a overall feeling of luxury and indulgence. Of special note is our newly installed heated 5-6 person outdoor spa.

The house is surrounded by verandahs on 3 sides and overlooks sprawling green lawns and garden beds and beyond the fenced in yard, natural coastal bushland. We also have a new 5-6 person heated outdoor spa with ozone, disco lights and other luxury features.

We provide new modern bedroom furniture and high quality bedding in all bedrooms, as well as the convenience and comfort of overheads fans and halogen downlights on dimmers.


Bathrooms are heated and contain separate toilets. Bathroom 1 has a bath.

The country styled kitchen will delight featuring SS appliances throughout and a chef's freestanding supersized oven with gas hotplates. You will find everything you need to entertain 8 people including many thoughful extras. This spacious room also houses the 8 seat dining table and leather chairs.

The huge living room has 2 sets of french doors opening onto the verandah at 2 ends and is furnished with a TV cabinet holding a 68cm TV, 3 Microsuede Sofas, coffee table and occasional furniture. We also provide a DVD/Video player, stereo system with CD and a wide selection of DVD's for both adult and children's tastes. We also have a Playstation 2 with games for the kids.

Out on the verandah, we provide an outdoor table and seating for 8 and a BBQ with roasting hood for outdoor entertaining.

Complimentary tea and coffee is provided to welcome you upon arrival as well as a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy during your stay with us!

Singleton is situated 55 km from Perth CBD on the coastal strip between Rockingham and Mandurah. Access to this lovely seaside town is from Mandurah Rd and is about 16km from the end of the Kwinana Freeway.

Singleton Luxury Holiday Home is situated on 6.3 acres of essentially unspoiled natural coastal bush land, which climbs to provide a wonderful view of the ocean in 180 degrees. The beach is 1.25km from the house. The house is surrounded by lawn on 2 sides and overlooks the gardens via verandahs encasing 3 sides of the house. The property is fully fenced from the rest of the block, so you can keep your eye on the kids. We have a swing set and an outdoor spa is coming soon!

This property sleeps a total of 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of single bunk beds (sleeps 4). We also have a Fold-a-Cot available upon request.

Bedding is provided on all beds. Linen IS included in the tariff. You will be provided with high quality and coordinating fitted bottom sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, teatowels, bath towels, bathmats, face washers and hand towels. We kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels for use after the spa and beach.
