Situated on the Canals within easy walking distance over the Old Mandurah Bridge into town to cafes, restaurants,cinemas,live theatre, shops & more. Fun park nearby. Our "Little Bit of Tuscany" in Mandurah is a special place to escape the hustle & bustle of a busy lifestyle. It is ideal for couples or small groups (max 7 adults)wanting to spend a few days together in very stylish & comfortable accommodation which oozes the ambience of Tuscany! - yet only 1 hrs drive from Perth.

Couldn't be a better locality. Secure, private, safe. Directly on the water. Own jetty. Short stroll over Old Mandurah Bridge into town to cafes, restaurants, shops, bakery, foreshore & more. Swimming on your doorstep....just jump in!! Canoe/kayak, crab, fish...or laze, read, sip wine, absorb the ambience...chill out!! It's all there for the taking!! Supermarket & Bottleshop round the corner.

Our Little Bit of Tuscany is part of a Mediterranean style complex. It has the charm of a European village. Two storey...spacious rooms...leather lounge, high quality furnishings. 5O" Plasma! Neat & tidy gardens. A large umbrella for sun protection on the terrace adds to the ambience. Dining alfresco on the terrace - breakfast, lunch or dinner...or just lazing all day! Fabulous views! Right on the water (canal). Just jump in!!
