The house is configured as follows:
Downstairs
3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, separate powder room, large kitchen/family/meals, huge dining room, laundry and a double garage with roller doors.
The kitchen has a large stainless steel fridge, a dishwasher and is fully equipped.
The master suite is upstairs and has views right down the beach to Kwinana. You can lie in bed at night listening to the waves and during the day there are lovely views out over the ocean.
Also upstairs is a small kitchen/bar with a bar fridge and another lounge and dining room as well as a generous sized balcony.
There are 3 TVs, a 76 cm widescreen in the family room, a widescreen in the lounge and a small portable in the master bedroom.
Outside is a large garden with grassed areas and a paved patio with gas bbq.
The bike/beach path runs directly behind the property and is all that separates the house from the sand dunes and beach.

It is only a 4 minute drive to the centre of Mandurah with its cafes and restaurants, dolphin cruises etc etc.
