Peaceful beachfront location tucked away from the road down a long driveway.

There are 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, separate powder room, kitchen/family/meals, huge dining room, laundry and a double garage with roller doors.

The kitchen has a large stainless steel fridge, a dishwasher, microwave etc and is fully equipped.

Upstairs is the master suite which has lovely views out over the ocean. You can lie in bed at night listening to the waves.

Also upstairs is a small kitchen/bar with a bar fridge and another lounge and dining room as well as a generous sized balcony with views out over the ocean - perfect for sunsets.

There are 3 TVs, a 76 cm widescreen in the family room, a widescreen in the lounge and a small portable in the master bedroom.

Located in the garage is a pool table and table tennis table as well as a large fridge.

Outside is a large garden with grassed areas and a paved patio with gas bbq. A small gate leads onto the beach/bike path which runs directly behind the property and is all that separates the house from the sand dunes and beach.

It is only a 4 minute drive to the centre of Mandurah with its cafes and restaurants, dolphin cruises etc etc.
