Alnutt Street is situated approx 800m from Mandurah shorefront. The development was finished late 2004. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1x queen, 1x double and 2x singles. there is a well stocked kitchen including fridge / freezer, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, microwave, kettle and all utensils.

The family room has 2x sofas, tv, dvd, cd / radio, gas fire for the winter nights. There is a dining room with a large timber table and six chairs. The main bedroom is en suite and all bedrooms have built in robes and bedside tables.

There is a secluded courtyard to the rear of the house. We have just installed ducted air conditioning. There is parking under cover for two cars and visitor parking across from the house.

Mandurah sits on the Peel inlet about 70km south of Perth. The Peel inlet opens into the Indian Ocean & the fishing, crabbing & prawning are enjoyed by both the residents of Mandurah & the many holiday makers who visit each year. There are over 75km of beaches easily accessible from Mandurah so you will never feel crowded out!

What was once considered a holiday destination only is becoming home to many people.

The city is lucky to have a progressive council who are allowing some wonderful developments including a recently completed marina which incorporates shops, cafes & market stalls including the largest fish & chip shop in West Australia.

There are plenty of things to do within Mandurah & surrounds besides the obvious fishing & beach life. There is a multi screen cinema complex, a large performing arts centre which hosts regular shows & incorporates art gallery, restaurant /bar both these complexes overlook the estuary. A ten pin bowling alley & snooker hall are close to the centre of town. There are several pubs & clubs in the area & lots of cafes, shops & restaurants many open late.

Within Mandurah & surrounds there are skate parks & BMX tracks for the kids & many walking trails & bike trails. Dolphins visit the estuary on a regular basis & there are boat trips to see the dolphins at close quarters, they even sometimes visit the outdoor swim pool on the estuary. The indoor pool is open year round & incorporates a gym & sauna. There is a large carnival on the southern foreshore with rides & mini golf.

If you take a short car journey you can visit the local wildlife park with native animals or the local miniature village based on England which also has a maze & playground. Pinjarra & Dwellingup are close by & you can take the steam train from Pinjarra up through the forest to Dwellingup where there are numerous adventure pursuits & a school of wood to keep you occupied.

There are several museums on the history of the area & a local chocolate factory to visit.
